What we expect from our guides is that they are honest, trustworthy, respectful, disciplined and well organized people with a passion and pride for Indonesia. Happy Trails is always looking for guides who love to engage with the people put in their care but also are very respectful and eager connecting to the local population. You do not necessarily have to have experience; knowledge of the destination, enthusiasm and charm can be enough for starters.
